We respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies—often right after first responders—and we’re the team that brings homes and businesses back to life. What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage—sometimes after hours, on weekends, or holidays.
- Perform restoration tasks including water extraction, demolition, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and specialty equipment setup.
- Work in challenging environments like crawl spaces, attics, and damaged buildings.
- Lift and carry heavy equipment (50–100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights.
- Maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness for every job.
- Communicate clearly with crew chiefs and customers to explain the restoration process and address concerns.

- Have experience in construction, handyman work, or restoration.
- Are comfortable with physical labor and working in tough conditions.
- Are willing to work on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community.
- Are motivated to learn new skills and grow professionally.
- Have a valid driver’s license and can pass a background check.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regular lifting of 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Standing, walking, climbing, and working in confined spaces
- Exposure to cleaning agents and damaged property environments
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass a background check as required by our insurance partners
